  • Q. What do I need to do to set-up a transfer? Ad) For funds below £7,150.00 - you would need to supply a valid proof of ID; passport or driver's license and a proof of address;
    i.e. most recent utility bill, bank statement or council tax letter.
    A.2) For funds over £7,150.00 - the above is required; together with a source of funds document confirming origin of funds -
    i.e. payslip, savings account statement, property sale, inheritance, loan agreement, invoices etc.
    A declaration form would also need to be completed and signed.
  • Q. I want to send funds from my company account - what is required? A.Certificate of Incorporation of Company; together with proof of ID and address of the company director's.
  • Q. How long does it take for the recipient to receive funds? A. Transfers usually take between 24-48 hours; all documents need to be supplied prior to this for transfer to proceed.
  • Q. What are your charges for each transfer? A. We do not charge for any transactions whatsoever.
  • Q. Do I need to supply recipient details every time I want to transfer? A. No, as you will be set-up on our Client Management System to which you will be provided with a unique 4 digit client ID number. All your details
